Garlic Rice with Barbismoked™ Thai Spice With Coconut Orange and Lemon Smoked Garlic

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Barbismoked™ Thai Spice With Coconut Orange and Lemon Smoked Garlic, minced
2 cups uncooked white rice
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon fresh hopped parsley or coriander

 


DIRECTIONS

Put olive oil in a heated pan. When it shimmers, add Thai Spice With Coconut Orange and Lemon Smoked Garlic and cook until lightly toasted. Add rice and salt, stir until lightly toasted, then cover with 3 cups of water.
Bring to a boil and then let rice simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
Drain any excess liquid off, stir in the parsley or coriander and serve.
