Pea and parmesan dip

INGREDIENTS
3 cups frozen peas
3 Barbismoked™ Cheesy Chive Smoked Garlic cloves, roughly chopped
1/3 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Lupi extra-light olive oil


METHOD
Step 1
Bring a saucepan of water to the boil over high heat. Cook peas and garlic for 3 minutes or until peas are tender. Drain.
Step 2
Place peas, garlic, parmesan and oil in a food processor. Season with salt and pepper. Process until almost smooth. Serve warm or cold.
