Chicken and Smoked Garlic with Star Anise, Ginger and Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients: Serves 4


Method

  • Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok, then fry the chicken strips for 4 mins or until nicely browned.
  • Add finely chopped smoked garlic with star anise, grated ginger, red pepper, salad onions broccoli and butternut squash fry for 2 minutes.  
  • Add pak choi and immediately add  soy sauce and water.  
  • Stir-fry briefly to heat everything through.  
  • Serve with boiled rice or noodles.
