Eggs in Hell with Barbismoked™ Spicy SmokedGarlic™
  • One tablespoon olive oil
  • Two cloves Barbismoked™ Spicy SmokedGarlic™
  • quarter of a teaspoon dried chilli flakes
  • 1 400gm can chopped tomatoes
  • salt to taste
  • One or two large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons grated parmesan
  • 2 slices white bread


  • Heat olive oil to medium heat in deep frying pan, finely chop smoked garlic and add to pan with chilli flakes and stir over heat for one minute.
  • Add the tinned tomatoes and salt and heat until bubbling (hot enough to poach an egg)
  • Crack the egg (or eggs) and add to the tomato mixture, sprinkle over grated parmesan, cover partially with a lid and cook for 5 mins.  The egg/eggs should have a hard white and runny yolk.
  • Remove from heat and serve with bread and extra parmesan if required.
