Garlic Fried Rice - with Barbismoked™ Lime and Coriander Smoked Garlic




Heat the oil in a large pan such as a wok

Fry the eggs stirring them to break them down into stringy pieces

Add the crushed Barbismoked™ Lime and Coriander Smoked Garlic and stir well for a minute

Add the boiled rice and stir well into the eggy mixture making sure the garlic and egg is distributed well, keep stirring so as not stick and brown. Add salt, pepper and a pinch of tikka seasoning.

After about 5 minutes serve with your favourite curry dish and garnish with the coriander.
